Walking in our winter wonderland…

Yep. It is cold.

A booger-in-your-nose-freezing, face-burning, eye-watering, fingers-even-after-you-get-home-and-put-them-on-the-heater-hurting, no-time-to-lick-pipes kind of weather.

Oh, we got it.

And today the sun came out. A brilliant show of dusky light and crisp blue sky.

Of course, the clear sky only made it colder…but the sun still somehow warmed the body, deep down.

Yes, sun is good.

Thaws the mind and soul…if not the snow and ice, if not the face and fingers.

While I’m currently working on posting something more intelligent than just about the weather…in the meantime, I thought I’d share a few photos…

About Andrew Flohr-Spence

Something about the sound and the word. Was a singer/bassist for five years, a German major for five, an English teacher in Germany for another five, then a journalism major in Denver for 5 more, and now I'm back in Berlin (for a while, I intend).
